Sachin announces retirement from ODI - Breaking news

Sachin Tendulkar retires from ODI's

 

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar announces his retirement from One Day International matches. He have played 463 ODI's and made a record of 18,426 runs with 49 hundreds. In the statement released by the BCCI, Sachin said,  "I have decided to retire from the One Day format of the game. I feel blessed to have fulfilled the dream of being part of a World Cup wining Indian team".




Sachin made his ODI debut against Pakistan at Jinnah stadium, Gujranwala, Pakistan at the age of 16 years and 238 days. He was the youngest Indian who entered the Cricket team. He started his career and became a Legend in Cricket industry.

The records and achievements made by him are:

  •  Person who played Most matches - 463 with longest ODI career of 22 years and 91 days.
  • Most runs in ODI's - 18,426
  • Most hundreds in ODI's - 49
  • Most fifties in ODI's - 96
  • First Cricketer to reach individual score of 200 in ODI's
  • Second most World Cup Matches - 45
  • Most runs in World Cup matches - 2,278
  • Most hundreds in World Cup - 6
  • Most fiftiesin World Cup - 15
  • Most Man-Of-the-Match - 62
  • Most Man-Of-the-Series -15
These records cant even dreamed. He made a strong footprint in Cricket Industry. Every cricketer have a dream to become Sachin but it remains only a dream. No one can become Sachin.
